Jessica Kirkland - Vocals
Jessica was raised in Fuquay-Varina, on the original Wagstaff Road. She started singing in church, at home and in school. Jessica loved Country music from a young age and enjoys singing in all genres, especially something with good lyrics and nice harmony! You may have heard her singing in the Triangle-based Bluegrass group "Grassomatics." In 2023, Grassomatics released Jessica's original single "Route 1 Box 359," a nod to her early years growing up in the country. Her musical influences include Dolly Parton, The Judds, Martina McBride, Kenny Rogers and many others. She resides in Fuquay with her husband, horse and 3 dogs.

Cameron Dye - Bass
Cameron hails from the great city of St. Louis MO but has been a happy resident of Durham, NC for 23 years. He has played bass guitar in rock, jazz, metal, and now country groups over the years with various studio gigs along the way. Along with playing bass guitar for over 30 years, Cameron loves horror movies, pinball machines, dogs and pickleball.

Billy Powell - Guitar/Vocals
Having played professionally and for over 35 years in local and regional bands of all genres as well as teaching private lessons, Billy Powell plays acoustic and electric guitars, mandolin, writes, and sings lead and background vocals. Billy has a degree in Music Education from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. As a current founding member of both The Grassomatics and Jam Biscuit, country music has always been a favored part of his repertoire and comes natural with rural roots.

Kevin Boxell - Drums
Kevin Boxell has lived in the greater Raleigh area since 1986, and has played nearly 3000 performances covering musical genres of rock, folk, rock-a-billy, country, gospel, worship and theatre. He has performed with some of the top musicians in the country, and recorded several CD projects over the years. Some of the local bands he's played with include The Whistlestop, Not Quite Right, Love Tribe, Jason Damico and the New Blue, Kings of the Highway, After School Special, Blue Sky Crying, Major Vice, Peak City Band and Faster Than Boys.

Allyn Love - Pedal Steel Guitar
Allyn Love has been playing pedal steel guitar professionally for over 45 years. He moved to Nashville in the early 80’s and played with Jean Shepard on the Grand Ole Opry before going to work with Steve Wariner who he continues to play with to this day. He has also played with a number of other artists including Jo Dee Messina, The Judds, Brad Paisley and Sarah Evans. Locally he has played and recorded with Mandolin Orange (now Watchhouse), Mount Moriah, H.C. McEntire, Jeanne Jolly, The One-Eighties, Chris Stamey and many others. Allyn also plays lap steel and Dobro and stays busy doing overdubs in his home recording studio.

Drew Questell - Guitar/Vocals
Drew Questell is a multi-instrumentalist and vocalist native to the Triangle area. He began formal instruction at age 10 and was playing before public audiences by the age of 13. Drew is a graduate of the Appalachian State University Hayes School of Music where he studied Jazz and Classical guitar. After college, Drew moved to Nashville, Tennessee where he furthered his professional playing experience by working with numerous noteworthy artists both live and in the studio. Drew has performed at venues ranging from Nashville Broadway strip honky-tonks to Carnegie Hall in New York City. He enjoys combining elements of influential genres to form a unique style and feel.
